We aim to respond to all contact form messages and emails within 2–4 hours during business hours. WhatsApp messages are typically answered within 30 minutes. We are available 7 days a week.
Can I speak to someone before enrolling? +
Absolutely. We encourage it. You can message us via WhatsApp or email and a team member will happily answer all your questions, explain the plans, and help you choose the right course for your child or yourself.
Do you offer support in languages other than English? +
Our support team communicates in English, Arabic, and Urdu. If you prefer to communicate in Arabic or Urdu, please mention it in your message and we will assign the right team member to help you.
I want a female teacher for my daughter — how do I request this? +
Simply select “Sisters Plan Enquiry” in the subject dropdown above, or mention it in your message. All Sisters Plan enrolments are guaranteed a certified female teacher — it is not a request, it is a guarantee.
